For the return of unused spare parts, we will charge you an administrative fee in the form of a restocking fee in the amount of 20% of the material value as well as the transport and packaging costs already incurred. For unused replacement parts, we will charge a flat rate inspection fee and, if applicable, a restocking fee. All delivered parts and aggregates remain our property until full payment.
